Job Description


Project Manager Germany
The primary role of the Project Manager is to work closely with Customers and the internal
delivery team to drive the successful delivery of projects, primarily around the ServiceNow toolset,
in a client consulting environment.
You will facilitate the management of scope of the customer’s requirements, plan
implementations and deliver to the planned scope and budget.
If you have a strong and proven background in Service Management project delivery in one or
more of the following areas, we want to hear from you:
ITSM, ITIL, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HR, ITBM
ServiceNow, HP Service Manager, BMC/Remedy, SaaS Solutions, App Dynamics
The candidate will be responsible for the following deliverables:
Project Tracking and Reporting including:
Project P&L Management
Project Plan Creation
RAID Management
Management of required client specific reporting
Delivery of internal Engage ESM reporting
On-time Project Delivery
SOW Creation participation and validation
Be a key member of the overall project team and grow revenues within existing
customers
Management of the creation of all clients facing and internal deliverables that are
project related
Help drive the continuous improvements of our implementation/delivery
methodology and service offerings based on client experiences
To be successful in the role the candidate must have:
Demonstrable Delivery experience with the ServiceNow platform for 12 – 18+
months (and/or similar ITSM toolsets for 3+ years).
Experience in delivery and working with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes,
metrics and key performance indicators.
Demonstrable experience and understanding in the use of methods and techniques
for the assessment and management of risk.
Must have solid understanding and experience in Agile delivery methodology and
planning Agile projects.
Demonstrable experience of preparing, controlling, and monitoring budgets.
Has proven leadership experience in managing teams and projects
Capability to run/lead workshops to drive a solution based on ServiceNow best
practice.
Ability to communicate, present and produce documentation on various levels for
differing audiences

Proven team player and team builder
Able to give examples of directing, supporting and mentoring team members.
Proven experience in directing, supporting and advising all levels of client
stakeholders up to and including executive board members.
Prince2, PMP or equivalent qualifications
ITIL V2 or V3 Foundations Certification
Educated to Degree Level
Be prepared to travel
Language skills: English and German
